Spa Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Spa Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing appointments, processing transactions, and supporting the overall operations of the spa. The Spa Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience and promoting spa services.

Duties

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations via phone and in-person.
• Handle cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for services.
• Promote spa products and services through upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized stock of retail items, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and displays are appealing.
• Provide information about spa services, pricing, and promotions to clients.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment within the spa facilities.
• Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a retail or spa environment.
• Strong phone etiquette skills to handle client inquiries professionally.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
• Experience with retail sales and upselling techniques is highly desirable.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse clientele.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and team members is essential.
