Position SummaryHydrate HQ is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service & Administrative Support Representative to join our team in our Halethorpe, MD office. This full-time role involves handling incoming service calls and inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to our sales team, and coordinating with our corporate office as needed. Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding service, billing, and general questions.Coordinate service appointments and follow up on customer satisfaction.Provide administrative support to local sales activity and assist with order processing.Maintain accurate records, files, and reports for customer and service data.Communicate regularly with the corporate office for scheduling, reporting, and special projects.Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations. QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an office or service environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general business software.Positive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to multitask in a busy office setting. Work Environment & ScheduleFull-time, Monday through Friday during standard business hours.Role is fully on-site at our Halethorpe, Maryland office.
