Graphic Designer – Email Marketing & Retention (Klaviyo)About the Role
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer with strong Email Marketing and CRM experience to support our growing brands in the skincare, vitamins, and wellness space (Hydrasphere Plus). This role is ideal for someone who blends strong visual design skills with conversion-focused email and retention marketing.

Responsibilities
- Design and build email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo
- Support lifecycle and retention campaigns (Email & SMS)
- Create visually engaging, conversion-driven email designs
- Design IG stories, carousels, ads, and other digital assets
- Collaborate on CRM and retention marketing strategies
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
- Utilize AI tools for design, workflows, or creative optimization
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating email and digital design
- Highly proficient in Klaviyo
- Experience with email marketing, CRM, and retention strategies
- Background in skincare, vitamins, wellness, or related industries
- Strong understanding of conversion-based design
- Familiarity with AI tools for design or workflow automation
- Fast, organized, and detail-oriented
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $4,000 per month bonuses
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
