The Gig

As our Operations Lead, you’ll be the heartbeat of the salon. You’ll balance the "business" side with the "bubbles" side, ensuring every pup and person walks out happy.

• Lead the Flow: Mastermind the daily schedule, manage our grooming team, and keep the self-service area humming.

• Be the Face: Own the customer experience from check-in to check-out with a smile and a professional touch.

• Support the Pack: Jump in during peak hours to help with nails, glands, or baths.

• Keep it Spiffy: Ensure our shop remains the cleanest, safest, and friendliest environment in Boise. 

Are You the Alpha?

We’re looking for a seasoned pro who is tired of the "same old" and ready to lead.

• The Experience: At least 1 years of professional grooming under your belt.

• The Brains: Sharp organizational skills, experience navigating salon scheduling software and a proven track record managing employees. 

• The Vibe: High-energy, positive, and capable of keeping your cool when the salon gets busy.
