The Role:Operational Leadership: Manage daily salon flow, coordinate multiple grooming schedules, and oversee the self-service wash area.Client Relations: Lead check-ins/outs and ensure professional customer communication.Team Support: Collaborate directly with our groomers and bathers to maintain a high-standard, safe, and clean environment. Individual Contributor: Assist with bathing, nails and glands during peak hours, as needed.Part-Time (Growth Potential to FT) Candidate Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional dog grooming experience.Administrative Skills: Strong background in grooming or salon scheduling.Solid organizational fundamentals and attention to detailMindset: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
