YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
Registered Nurse (R.N.) License — active and valid in your state (Compact license a plus).
⦁ BLS Certification (current).
⦁ 2 years of clinical experience in ICU, OB, NICU, ER, Med Surg, or Surgery.
HydraMed IV Therapist Protocols
As part of the HydraMed team, you will follow our established IVT Operational Protocols designed for consistency, safety, and accountability:
1. Availability Protocol
⦁ IVTs must work at least once per month and average three times every three months to remain active.
⦁ Weekly availability must be submitted to Dispatch.
2. Booking Commitment Protocol
⦁ Once a booking is assigned and confirmed, IVTs are required to commit to completing the appointment unless there is an emergency or valid operational conflict.
⦁ Reliability in fulfilling confirmed bookings is mandatory for continued activity.
3. Travel Radius Protocol
IVTs must be available to travel within a 35–45 mile radius of their coverage area to serve patients as assigned by Dispatch.
4. Dispatch Involvement
⦁ Dispatch is the first line of operational coordination:
⦁ Tracks activity and availability.
⦁ Provides routing and patient scheduling.
⦁ Supports IVTs with logistics, communication, and group events.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Start IVs (including difficult sticks), administer IM injections, and manage drips per standing orders.
⦁ Conduct assessments, obtain informed consent, monitor patients, and provide post-care guidance.
⦁ Deliver concierge-level care with discretion and professionalism.
⦁ Complete documentation in HydraMed’s EMR and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Average Pay: ~$80/hour
Extra Monthly Income: $3,000 – $7,000

Hiring Process
We keep the process structured but simple:
1. Application Submission – Send your resume, RN license, and BLS card to hr@hydramed.com
2. Screening Review – Our team reviews qualifications and confirms required ICU/ER/OB/NICU/Med Surg/Surgery experience.
3. Phone/Video Interview – 30–40 minutes covering clinical scenarios, mobile etiquette, and availability.
4. Credential Verification – License check, BLS verification, background check, and malpractice insurance confirmation.
5. Starter Kit Payment – Only a one-time starter kit fee is required (for initial supplies).
6. Onboarding & Training – Access to SOPs, EMR, Dispatch protocols, and shadow shifts before first assignments.
7. Go Live – Added to roster, begin accepting patient appointments, and enjoy flexible scheduling with support.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $110.00 per hour
