Responsibilities:
- Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
- Conduct site inspections and customer meetings.
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and vendors.
- Review estimates and scopes of work.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
- Communicate with insurance carriers and adjusters.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, or construction management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tech savvy, can easily utilize required apps for documentation purposes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- IICRC certifications preferred
