Role Description
Hydracore is seeking a dependable, hands-on Shop Maintenance Technician to support daily shop operations, general maintenance, and facility upkeep. This on-site position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with their hands, troubleshooting equipment, and taking initiative.
Responsibilities include performing general machine and building maintenance, operating a forklift, ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and willing to take on a variety of hands-on tasks to support the team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and facility upkeep.
- Assist with basic electrical work and troubleshooting.
- Maintain shop equipment and assist with equipment repairs as needed.
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work independently while communicating effectively with the team.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform general maintenance and basic electrical tasks.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and prioritize responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift or willingness to learn.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
