JOB TITLE: Service Pro

COMPENSATION:

• Training Period: $15-$17/hr (based on experience)
• After Training: $17 - $26/hour. (depending on experience, certifications, and performance)
• Pay can increase quickly as you complete training and consistently meet company standards
• $10 per positive Google review received. (instant payment)

JOB TYPE: Full-time

LOCATION:

• Show Low, AZ and surrounding Areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Demonstrate and exercise skills in customer service and daily interaction with customers.
• Daily service schedule. Services are scheduled in advance and technician is responsible for quality and efficient completion of services.
• Punctually follow a daily routine of services and time windows for customers.
• Perform both regular and new customer services.
• Adhere to state and federal standards on proper use of products used in the industry.
• Continuing education credits required yearly for state licensing. (materials will be provided by company)
• Company vehicle provided for daily services.
• Required to maintain a clean/organized service vehicle.
• Required to wear proper PPE while providing services.
• Must be proficient with using a mobile device or tablet to complete electronic service reports.
• Travel to all close and distant service locations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior industry experience preferred but NOT required.
• Construction experience preferred, not required.
• Customer service experience.
• Good social & communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a smartphone.
• Excellent driving record, and know how to drive a standard vehicle, (5 years clean record).
• Must have current valid driver's license and pass a MVR check.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Maintain a professional, well groomed appearance and hygiene.
• Motivated and able to work swiftly independently.
• Must be proficient on using smartphone or tablet and various communication or office apps.
• Have reliable transportation to work.
• Strong reading and general math skills.

Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent (required).
