Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, personable, and clinically strong Associate Dentist to join our respected practice. This is a unique opportunity to step into a thriving patient base and work alongside an experienced team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive dental care, including exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures (restorative, crowns, bridges, extractions, etc.)
- Build and maintain long-term patient relationships through trust and communication
- Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with a skilled and supportive team
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
- A commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care
- Experience/Training with CAD/CAM technology, particularly CEREC/ITERO for same-day restorations is a plus
