Summary
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations, with a focus on people, performance, and guest experience. Specific responsibilities include:
- Uphold and advance high employee standards by maintaining appropriate staffing levels, fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment, developing and promoting team members, and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive manner
- Serve as the face of the brand, creating memorable guest experiences and building strong community relationships through active participation in local outreach initiatives and events
- Demonstrate strong business acumen through full ownership of the restaurant’s P&L, driving sales growth, increasing profitability, and coaching the management team on financial performance and impact
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality by ensuring all menu items are executed according to established recipes and presentation guidelines
- Enforce all safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and well-presented facility
- Lead by example in embodying the company’s Value System, fostering a culture rooted in respect, belonging, and engagement, while promoting a positive and enjoyable workplace environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven success in a General Manager (or higher) role within a polished casual or fine dining environment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service and effectively resolve guest concerns with professionalism
- Strong knowledge of food quality, service standards, and restaurant operations
- Proven success in recruiting, training, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- Exceptional leadership and talent development skills, with a track record of coaching and building strong teams
- Wine knowledge or experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
