Hyde Park Hospitality is now hiring a Restaurant Manager to assist in the Food & Beverage outlets which include:
- The Andiamo Restaurant which is currently serving breakfast, lunch and casual dining menus
- Cafe Mercato our conveniently located Coffee and Sandwich shop located inside the hotel for airport travelers
- Sports themed bar also serving casual dining experience to airport travelers
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of F&B supervisory experience. High volume, union experience is preferred.
What will I be doing?
Restaurant Manager, you would be responsible for directing team members and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet to deliver excellent guest experience. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Assist in the management of food and beverage operations to include, but not limited to, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality and management, outlet management, policy and procedure enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation.
Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing training, supervision, management, coaching and counseling, performance evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.
Assist in monitoring and assessing product quality and service and guest satisfaction, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.

Restaurant Manager you will enjoy a flexible schedule working 5 days a week with a rotating paid holiday schedule. Employer paid parking located directly across from the hotel, Free meals, paid time off upon hire and health benefits after 90-day probationary period. NOTICE:
The facility business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality-based account and a respectful service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
Sun-Sat 5:30am - 3pm or 3pm-midnight
Rotating holidays
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
