What You'll Do:
- Perform microbiological testing including environmental monitoring, bioburden, endotoxin, and water testing.
- Support cleaning validation and cleaning verification studies.
- Develop and execute laboratory methods and studies.
- Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and communicate results to clients and project teams.
- Contribute to laboratory process improvements and cross-functional analytical projects.
- BS degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
- 1–2 years of microbiology laboratory experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or contract testing environments.
- Experience or knowledge of:
- Environmental Monitoring (EM)
- Bioburden & Microbial Enumeration Testing
- Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET)
- Water System Testing
- Cleaning Validation & Cleaning Verification Support
- Method Development & Validation Activities
- Working knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, FDA, USP, and other regulated laboratory requirements.
- Strong technical writing, data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
