📢 We're Hiring: Project Manager — Concrete Construction
Hyde Concrete is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in the Baltimore/Annapolis area.
We're a specialty concrete subcontractor doing technically demanding work across commercial and industrial projects — architectural finishes, tipping floors, specialty concrete, and more. This is craft-forward work, and we need someone who respects that.
What makes this role unique: our dedicated estimator handles takeoffs and pricing. You take that work, build compelling proposals, close the business, and then own the project through to completion.
🔹 Proposal development and sales cycle management
🔹 Project planning, scheduling, and field coordination
🔹 Client and GC relationship management
🔹 Cost control and financial oversight
What we're looking for:
✔5 years in construction; specialty concrete experience preferred
✔ Comfortable in front of clients and closing work
✔ Strong field instincts and financial awareness
✔ High integrity and a willingness to get involved at every level
💰 $80,000–$120,000 full package | Full-time | In person & partial remote
