On-site Inventory, Purchasing, and Production Manager

Commissary Manager – Qualifications Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or culinary management preferred
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in food service management, commissary operations, or a related field
• Proven experience managing a team in a high-volume kitchen or food production environment

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and inventory control
• Familiarity with food preparation equipment, commercial kitchen operations, and supply chain logistics
• Proficient in inventory management systems, POS software, and basic Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities

Certifications (preferred or required):

• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification
• HACCP training or certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license (if the position requires travel or delivery coordination
