We are seeking an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist. Previous work experience is not required — comprehensive training will be provided. A background in Computer Science or any relevant IT experience is preferred.
Here is the list of technologies:
#Virtualization using VMware ESXi and Hyper-V
#Active Directory Administration (Manage user accounts, security groups,
computers, and organizational units)
#Prepare monthly reports to be provided for the client
#Administration and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2016 server
#Make sure all client’s servers have up to date backups
#Support internal and external clients for overall IT managed services support
#Installing, Configuring and Supporting Virtual Environment (Hyper-V)
#Troubleshooting client issues and reporting to superiors for further investigation
and resolution
#Work on Planned and Unplanned outages for Server Maintenance
#Installation, administration and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2016 server
including other services such as DHCP, DNS, Print service, GPO, windows sharing
and backup
#Configure Cisco routers and switches, apply necessary access control list including the backup
#Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of VOIP servers such FreePBX
and Trixbox including the backup
#Configuration and deployment of VOIP phones (hardphone and softphone)
#Virtualization using VMware ESXi and Citrix XenServer
#Installation, administration and troubleshooting of Windows Desktop application
such as MS Office, Email clients (Outlook and Thunderbird), Citrix, Zoom issue
and other related applications
#Setup and maintain workstation requirements of team members
#Update and maintain necessary IT documents
Computer troubleshooting and maintenance.-Desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices support.-Software installation, configuration, and support.-Operating Systems: Microsoft (Windows 10, 11, Mac OS X)-Good knowledge of MS Office products
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
