We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. You will be a positive change in the lives of a learner with autism. Our team works to make difficult situations easier. And we do this by using a variety of evidence-based practices.
We help our learners communicate more effectively, manage challenging behaviors, gain more independent skills and, ultimately, we help them be the person they want to be.
What does a day at Hybridge look like?
- Oversee the implementation of home-based ABA Therapy programs for clients
- Opportunities to work in schools conducting assessments as needed
- Write Goals and Objectives for clients using our HLG Curriculum Library
- Over 5000 individualized programs
- Provide top notch quality training to Behavior Technicians
- Utilize online data collection
- Work with a dynamic team of professionals

What we are looking for:
- The candidate MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA , as recognized by the BACB , to provide ABA Program supervision to students with autism.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, bending or kneeling for long periods of time.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Physical labor required and appropriate to complete the tasks at hand
- Exposure to blood, chemicals, and other bodily fluids
- Other physical demands that coincide with the duties of a specific discipline

Pay: $92.00 - $105.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
