In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial landscapes with our specific program guidelines and using proper treatment technique.
Your hands-on approach will ensure lush, healthy lawns and beautiful outdoor environments that delight clients and elevate curb appeal. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors, use your knowledge and skills in the landscape field while providing for your family.
Duties
- Perform lawn treatments with specific fertilizer or pesticide products, for control of certain pests or plant health.
- Properly mix and fill your truck with specific products and rates provided to you, for your daily duties.
- Assist with maintenance on your truck, spreader and spray unit.
- Maintain proper calibration on your spray unit and proper application techniques .
- Clean and maintain your truck and equipment.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining the company's property.
- Manage a 300-400 client based route in the North Metro Atlanta area. Which could include Cobb, Paulding, Fulton, Cherokee, Bartow, Dekalb and surrounding areas.
- Assist in any other duties necessary for business operations.
- Complete daily route and follow proper company PAP.
Skills
- Good work ethic and trainable to do things "our way".
- Clean driving record.
- Works well with others.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of grass types and weed ID.
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening environments is preferred.
- Familiarity in the difference between plant material and landscape vegetation.
- Ability and willingness to listen and learn.
- Cat 24 licensing is optional.
- Understanding of the green industry and the purpose of our job in the industry.
- Excellent physical stamina for working outdoors for multiple hours in various weather conditions.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
