Are you an experienced LICSW—or a newly licensed LICSW—who’s ready to move beyond a full caseload and into a true clinical leadership role? Our well-established psychiatric outpatient and telehealth clinic is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support a strong team of therapists while guiding pre-licensed associates toward independent practice. If you’ve just earned your LICSW and are interested in supervision, we will train and support you to provide clinical supervision to our associates.
This role lets you stay clinically active with a small caseload while using your advanced skills to develop, mentor, and support other clinicians.
⭐ ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll be a key clinical leader in the clinic:
- Small, Focused Caseload: Maintain a minimal, carefully selected group of clients, allowing you to stay engaged in clinical work without the volume of a traditional therapist role.
- Supervision for Associates: Provide weekly, independent supervision to pre-licensed associates, helping them grow their clinical judgment, case formulation, and confidence in session. (If you are a newer LICSW, we’ll provide training and support to help you grow into this supervision role.)
- Support for Licensed Therapists: Be a clinical resource for licensed clinicians who want to sharpen skills, consult on complex cases, and continue developing professionally.
- Clinical Quality & Consistency: Help ensure that care across the clinic remains thorough, ethical, and aligned with best practices.

⭐ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Active, unencumbered LICSW license in Massachusetts (Required)
- Experience in outpatient mental health; prior supervision experience is welcome but not required—we will train motivated LICSWs to supervise associates
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- A genuine interest in mentoring, supervising, and supporting clinicians at different stages of development
