As a Sales Representative, Your job is to:
- Run pre-set appointments provided by the company
- Inspect the property and identify project needs
- Close deals
This is a field-based role, not an office job.
- Leads provided daily (no cold prospecting required)
- Average reps: $300K–$400K annually
- High-ticket deals = strong commissions per sale
Your income is directly tied to your performance. The harder and smarter you work, the more you earn.
TRAINING & SUPPORT
- 2-week onboarding and training program
- Learn our sales process, product knowledge, and systems
- Ongoing support from management and leadership
We aim to get you into the field quickly so you can start earning as soon as possible.

Salary : $300,000 - $400,000
