ABOUT THE ROLE
Looking to break into high-income sales or finally get paid what you’re worth?
We are a fast-growing home improvement company hiring 10 new sales reps for our April training class.
This is a high-ticket sales role with qualified leads provided daily—you are not expected to go out and generate your own leads.

As a Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their home. Your job is to:
- Run pre-set appointments provided by the company
- Inspect the property and identify project needs
- Educate homeowners on solutions (roofing, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, exteriors, foundation work, etc.)
- Present pricing and financing options
- Close deals and manage follow-up
This is a field-based role, not an office job. You will be working directly with clients throughout the day.
- 100% commission (1099 position)
- Leads provided daily (no cold prospecting required)
- Average reps: $100K–$200K annually
- High-ticket deals = strong commissions per sale
Your income is directly tied to your performance. The harder and smarter you work, the more you earn.
TRAINING & SUPPORT
- 2-week onboarding and training program
- Learn our sales process, product knowledge, and systems
- Ongoing support from management and leadership
We aim to get you into the field quickly so you can start earning as soon as possible.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License
- Must have your own tablet (or be willing to get one)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and people skills
Willingness to learn and apply feedback
