Technology Director

Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Director to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits.

As the Technology Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology within the company. This includes managing our IT infrastructure, developing and implementing technology strategies, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for their implementation
• Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and challenges
• Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers
• Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
• Monitor and analyze technology performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to technology and ensure compliance
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technology leadership role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
• Experience with project management and budget management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices
