Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends
• Gather and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits
• Monitor and report on industry news, developments, and regulations
• Create and maintain databases of market information and potential leads
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies based on research findings
• Present research findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the construction and architecture industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
