Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational performance
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve communication
• Conduct research and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
• Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing and distribution processes preferred
