Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Commercial Director to join our team. The Commercial Director will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities of the company, including sales, marketing, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors
• Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management team
• Monitor and manage the commercial budget to ensure financial targets are met

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior commercial role, preferably in the construction industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the construction industry
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis
