C2G Energy is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health and performance of our operating unit. This role is pivotal in driving informed decision-making, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Manage monthly financial close and reporting processes in line with US GAAP
- Analyze expenditures with a focus on chemicals, energy, and labor costs.
- Provide financial insights and decision support to operational and commercial teams.
- Deliver monthly management reports, including P&L analysis and key performance metrics.
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system (SAP S$/HANA).
- Monitor capital expenditures and support ROI analysis for equipment and infrastructure investments.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
- Maintain compliance with U.S. federal and state financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience, ideally in the water/wastewater treatment industry.
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP S4/Hana and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in financial reporting.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes, cost management techniques, and revenue management practices.
