Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable processes
- Set up and maintain vendor and customer master data
- Process vendor invoices and provide list of required cash payments
- Review outstanding expense reports and unprocessed invoices to provide accurate accruals
- Assist the Accounting Manager in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
- Prepare of journal entries and compile supporting documents
- Prepare account reconciliations
- Revenue cycle management from recognition to billing and collection
- Support of the external audit
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Knowledge of general financial and managerial accounting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 2 years of relevant accounting experience (industry or public)
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and within hard deadlines
- Ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
It’s a bonus if you have
- Prior record label / accounting firm experience
- In-depth understanding of IFRS and US-GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP

Salary Range
The salary range for this job is $65,000 to $75,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.
