The Room Service Server enhances the guest experience by providing prompt, courteous, and professional in-room dining service. By delivering meals with attention to detail and proper etiquette, this role ensures each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
How You’ll Shape The Experience & Future
Answer the room service phone within three rings, provide menu information, and take guest orders accurately.
Relay orders promptly to the kitchen and/or bar for preparation.
Arrange meals on trays with attention to presentation, sanitation, and timeliness.
Deliver orders to guest rooms, ensuring professional etiquette and service standards.
Replenish supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes at the room service station.
Collect trays from guest rooms and hallways promptly, assisting guests with the removal of items as needed.
Complete side work assigned by management to support smooth department operations.
Other duties as assigned.
