The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Bed making
- Removing rubbish
- Replenishing supplies
- Cleaning furniture and fittings
- Visual checking of rooms
- Assist guests with enquiries, directions and special requests.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance programs in accordance with departmental timetable/schedules
Qualifications
- Current housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time.
- Clear and pleasant communications skills
