- Supervise and support night front desk staff; ensure adherence to policies and brand standards.
- Perform nightly audits, balance transactions, and prepare financial reports.
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in/check-out; resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and revenue strategies.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and detailed logs of issues and resolutions.
- Train and coach team members; foster a positive work environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- 2 years of previous experience in front office or night audit required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in primary language used in the workplace
- 8 hours per day at standing desk/computer; stand and walk frequently throughout the workday
- Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Ability to independently work during overnight hours
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
