The Hyatt Place Knoxville/Downtown is looking for Housekeeping Aides to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of public areas in our beautiful hotel!
*Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY: mornings, mid shifts, and at least two nights per week*
Your Responsibilities
- Complete the Housekeeping checklist, including: Maintain the cleanliness of lobby, elevators, hallways, linen closets, and other spaces as assigned.
- Deliver requested items to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
- Removal and compaction of trash from chute rooms, lobby, elevator landings, meeting rooms, and back of house areas.
- Communication: Work independently but communicate with guests, associates, and managers; actively listen to guests, coworkers, and supervisors; and carry radio and communicate throughout shift.
- Treat guests with genuine care and hospitality with a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to an attendance policy.
- Other duties as assigned.
