Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficient in menu planning and development
- Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification is a plus
