Breakfast Attendant Overview:
A breakfast attendant is the first person many guests will see in the morning as they wake up to start their important day. This position will be responsible for cooking large volumes of food for the hotel's complimentary breakfast offering. They are responsible for making omelets and eggs to guest order specifications. This is a guest facing position and will require a positive attitude. Assisting the breakfast team with cleanliness, ordering, preparing inventory and any food preparation needed. Must have a working knowledge of food sanitation, nutrition, and allergies cross contamination. Most importantly, w e are looking for someone who is a morning person with a great attitude to help the guests get their day started with a smile.

- Kitchen Food Preparation
- Kitchen & Restaurant cleanliness
- Greeting guests and responding to queries
- Refresh breakfast buffet as needed.
- Setting up and breaking down of the breakfast buffet or breakfast dining area.
- Clean and maintain coffee station.
- Dishwashing.
- Follow proper food safety guidelines.
- Provide inventory needs to proper management.
