Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and general requests
- Escort guests to accommodations, inspect rooms, and respond to needs promptly
- Organize and store luggage securely in designated areas
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and city events
- Maintain a professional, welcoming presence in guest reception areas
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills to manage guest belongings
