Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to uphold the hotel’s standards of hygiene and presentation
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas following proper procedures
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure guest safety and comfort
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to provide a fully equipped space for guests
- Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for efficient results
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as directed by management to maintain overall property standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
