Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors wait times for food tickets as they arrive to the kitchen.
- Works with front of house restaurant team on appropriate menu explanations, ingredients, allergies, etc.
- Understands menu ingredients to control production and maintain consistency and freshness.
- Assist in food deliveries if necessary.
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager(s)

Qualifications
- Must possess food handlers’ permit
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of culinary and restaurant operations.
- Related hotel experience is preferred.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
