- Supervise daily Starbucks operations and team performance
- Ensure outstanding guest service and product quality
- Train, coach, and motivate baristas

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Starbucks Lead or Supervisor experience, or equivalent experience in a coffee shop
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills as well as customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills
- Guest oriented and strong customer service skills
