- Minimum 5 years of progressive event planning, hotel convention services experience, preferably in a full-service or convention hotel environment.
- Proven experience independently managing complex, high-volume group and convention events.
- Strong knowledge of event detailing, banquet event orders (BEOs), and group resume processes.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills with the ability to confidently lead planning discussions and event logistics.
- Ability to problem solve quickly and adapt in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
