- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards
- Work assigned stations efficiently during service periods
- Maintain food quality, proper temperatures, and portion control
- Assist with prep tasks including chopping, marinating, batching, and stocking
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and teammates
- Support opening, closing, and side work duties
- Adapt quickly to business levels, special events, and game‑day volume

- Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
