Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of spa facilities, including locker rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, and common areas
- Stock and replenish towels, robes, amenities, water stations, and supplies
- Ensure spa spaces are set up and guest-ready throughout the day
- Assist therapists with room turnovers between treatments
- Monitor guest areas and respond promptly to cleanliness or supply needs
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Provide courteous, discreet, and professional service to all guests
- Support spa operations with additional tasks as assigned by leadership
- Prior spa, hospitality, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 25 pounds
