The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily operations within the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained. Responsibilities include inspecting guest rooms and public areas, providing guidance and performance feedback to team members, addressing and resolving guest concerns, completing administrative duties, and supporting overall departmental efficiency and guest satisfaction.

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily operations within the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained. Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year hotel housekeeping experience required
- Prior housekeeping supervisor experience preferred
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
- Attention to cleanliness detail
- Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn the usage of software and devices
- Have open availability to work varied shifts, in line with hotel occupancy, inclusive of weekends and holidays
