Hyatt Regency Frisco is conveniently located 25 minutes north of Dallas with 303 guestrooms and 27,500 square feet of event space. The 18-story new-build hotel is situated in the heart of Frisco, TX at the Stonebriar Centre. Just steps from Dr. Pepper Stadium, FC Dallas / Toyota Stadium, Frisco Discovery Center, many entertainment choices and dining options.
The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. Responsibilities include delivering. linen to the floors as needed, and assisting Room Attendants with stripping linen off guest beds. They will also be responsible for tending to guest needs such as: lost and found items, additional amenities, and responding to all requests and questions timely & efficiently. This position will work in rotation with other housepersons as linen shoot sorter by loading soiled linen into the bins and transport bins to appropriate location. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast paced position. This position requires complete open & flexibility availability, including mornings and evenings.

Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience required
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, push, pull, carry moderate amounts of weight (15-20 lbs or more) safely and repeatedly
- Basic understanding of safety and cleanliness standards in a hotel environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail
