The General Maintenance Engineer Intermediate Level- Kitchen Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance of back of house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, and mechanical systems. Individual must possess a strong background and knowledge of such systems. Previous engineering experience is required, preferably in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on any day, including weekends and holidays.
• Preferred candidates will have at least two years of general maintenance experience, and at least one year of hotel experience.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift a moderate amount of weight.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and trouble-shooting skills are necessary.
