General Maintenance responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs .
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment remain in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and emergency situations.
- Inspect resort areas regularly and report safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment.
- Follow all Hyatt brand standards, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.
- Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, and other departments.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year building maintenance experience and hotel experience preferred.
- Good customer skills are also required.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
