What does the ROLE entail?
- Responsible for delivering finished food products and accompanying to-go service items as necessary, to guests in Big Bar on 2
- Ensuring that the Big Bar on 2 is fully stocked with food items, paper supplies, and preparations for mixed beverages
- This role requires stocking glassware, ensuring cleanliness and dishwashing
- This role assists bartenders and servers with the guest experience by refilling waters, clearing dishes, and resetting tables
- Completing assigned side-work to set team up for success, including restocking, organizing, and cleaning
- Strong guest service orientation and team player mentality in a fast paced environment

- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time with continuous walking
- Strong verbal communication skills

- Ability to commonly carry 10lbs, and occasionally 140lbs (kegs) of weight
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
