Key Responsibilities
- Handle the guest registration process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming check-in and check-out experience.
- Communicate hotel services, amenities, and current promotions with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Process various forms of payment with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering tailored solutions and support.
- Foster casual conversations with guests, enhancing their connection to our hotel and brand.
- Represent the hotel as the face of our Front Office team, embodying hospitality at its finest.
