Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
- Complete guests check in and check out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Verify guest information, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
- Handle reservation, modifications, and cancellations using the property management system.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in person or over the phone.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, dining options, and local attraction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
- Process payments, post charges, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Resolve issues or escalate concerns to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Basic computer skills.
