Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Prior serving or bartending experience as is a plus
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- TABC and Texas Food Handler’s Certification is required
