- Oversees the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet and special events.
- Ensure all event details are executed accurately.
- Act as the main point of contact during events for staff and internal departments.
- Supervise banquet servers, bartenders, and support staff during events.
- Assign duties and ensure proper staffing levels for each function.
- Provide real time direction and support to ensure smooth service flow.
- Ensure high-quality service standards are delivered consistently.
- Communicate effectively with culinary, sales, and event planning teams.
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Experience and a thorough understanding of banquet service.
