Because we are looking for an Event Meeting Concierge!

What does the ROLE entail?

• Liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager, Operations, and the on-site meeting contact
• This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests from the group(s) in the hotel
• Strong guest service orientation
• Fast-paced environment with constant guest interaction
• Other duties include review group billing and special projects within the Events Office and Handling Signage
  
  

Your EXPERIENCE:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Unafraid of event related tasks, projects and responsibilities
• Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include early mornings, weekends and potential holidays
• A fun and energized person
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
• Ability to stand for long periods of time with continuous walking
